There is a lovely wide-glide-kit from F-S Chopperzubehör in Germany. I bought my forward controls from this shop and I´m quite happy with them - high quality and very solid.
AFAIK they do ship overseas.
BTW I do like the looks of the new Bonneville America too, but wouldn´t an Armstrong MT500 fit better for use over in Afghanistan? ;-)It did pretty good in the Desert Storm and many of them were sold cheap over in Britain after the campaign was over. (And it is a leeetle bit of a Harley too...)
